Craftsmanship & Product Authenticity

Every creation at The Kantha Store is entirely handcrafted by skilled artisans in rural Bengal using traditional Kantha embroidery techniques. Due to the artisanal nature of our process, slight variations in weave, embroidery, texture, colour, and detailing are natural characteristics of handmade textiles and should not be considered defects.

These nuances are a reflection of the authenticity, individuality, and human touch that define true handcrafted luxury.

Product Representation

We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible through photography and descriptions. However, slight differences in colour may occur due to:

  • photographic lighting, 
  • natural dye and fabric variations, 
  • individual screen settings and device displays. 

All dimensions and details provided are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.

Pricing & Availability

All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to ensure product availability, certain handcrafted pieces may be produced in limited quantities and may occasionally become unavailable.

International Orders & Customs

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support team.

Once processing or dispatch has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Customized, altered, or made-to-order products are strictly non-cancellable.
